When we build a Coles Computer Solutions system we use only the best in components. Experience has shown that you cannot compromise in quality in computer hardware merely to meet a market price. Coles Computer Solutions computers are built up to specification and performance level, not down to an acceptable price. This philosophy is shown in the quality of the components that we use in our systems, and how those components are chosen for the systems.

All our components have been exhaustively tested prior to their selection as part of standard specification. Firstly we hot test the device under load conditions to ensure its reliability is sufficient for a Coles Computer Solutions system. Next we check to ensure the component is compatible with available hardware and software and that it performs to necessary standards.

We will not use inferior products to reduce the price. Hard disk drives as our standard starting at 20Gb up to many gigabytes. Our hard disk drives are sourced locally from the official Australian distributors and carry the manufacturers warranty. These drives are high performance units with an excellent record of reliability.

Our Monitors are high quality, reliable performers and will support high resolution using popular software packages including Microsoft and Lotus packages, MYOB and Quicken.

We use the genuine Microsoft Mouse as our standard, even though it is a little more expensive, it is reliable and compatible with all windows applications. The keyboards we provide have Windows 98 enhanced keys are soft touch and a joy to use.

The printers we recommend give high quality results that give you a sense of pride in achievement with the quality of your work.
